To Install This Pack Open OpenIV  Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\audio\sfx\dlc_exec1

Right Click and Click on Import OpenFormats click the rumpo3.oac and import Then Launch gta 5 or FiveM.
